Summary

This customer experience focused course was very reading heavy. I spent a lot of time reading about design thinking, methodolgies, and history. It was a fantastic way to buld up a vast amount of knowlegdge about best design practices and how to develop an effective eye for design. After reading, thinking, and learning about cx desgin, I was tasked with redesigning a digital "anything." I chose to redesign a feature in an app that I use often, UDisc.
